This hiring conference is open to all including Military, Corporate, Regional, and Commercial Pilots. The workshops are designed for those getting ready to transition to a civilian flying career such as Military Pilots and Low-Time  Commercial Pilots.  Our event is a “One-Stop-Shop” in which the attendee will be able to meet, interview, and even get hired with some of the participating flight departments. The workshops will allow attendees to prepare and update their hiring profile with the following included workshops::

  • Application status and common errors with Airline Apps

  • ​Resume and Interview techniques with Checked And Set

  • ATP course description with MIL2ATP

  • Logbook conversion

  • Electronic Logbook overview and JeppFD-Pro

In addition to the workshop topics covered, participating airlines and flight departments will have HR staff and hiring teams to meet you, discuss their company, and review your resume. We will have companies hiring on-site, so dress appropriately for the occasion. We will be providing a conference package that includes tips and recommendations prior to the conference to help you make the most of the experience. Our goal is to meet the needs of all attendees no matter your hours, experience, or classification. In order to accomplish that goal, we will be bringing in airlines and flight departments from all of the various careers a Military Pilot may be interested in to include:

  • Airlines

    • Major​

    • Regional

  • Part 121 and Part 135 charter operators​

  • Cargo

  • Government & State agencies

  • Contract

Registration is now open.  This event is open to all military pilots, but because of the high concentration of pilots from within a four-hour drive of San Diego, as well as those flying in; seats are guaranteed to sell-out quickly.

Most participating companies utilize www.AirlineApps.com to receive pilot applications.  It is important to have your application in the system prior to the conference, because companies will be pre-screening attendees and in some cases providing onsite interviews and job offers!  We will be sending a list of attendees to participating companies to help streamline the hiring process for our conference attendees prior to the conference date.
